All processes begin with the order process.
Fastening elements can have different types and features in various industries. To ensure healthy planning in an industry with a wide range of product diversity, our processes start with demand/order processes. How is it so cost-effective?
Due to Visan Vida's policy of providing high-quality products at a low cost, all production processes are documented, minimizing undocumented losses due to the annual production capacity of 1,700,000,000 pieces. Controlled expenses on the production lines are not reflected in costs for our customers. At the end of all processes, our customers can obtain quality fastening elements at the most reasonable cost, enhancing their competitiveness.
How are orders evaluated?
All requests and orders received by Visan Vida are determined as standard and custom manufacturing, regardless of quantity. Planning begins according to the workload of the machine fleet.
Total Quality Management
Once the requests reaching the manufacturing stage have the necessary machine settings done by our experienced personnel on the production lines, the initial production starts. Parts that receive initial production approval from our Quality Control personnel are recorded in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Parts are subjected to interim controls in quantities determined based on production volumes until a sufficient batch quantity is produced. Once the manufacturing stage is completed, parts undergo coating and heat treatment processes according to the desired additional features. After completing additional operations, parts are deemed suitable for shipment only after a final check by our quality control personnel before shipment.
